No. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only additional costs are your domain name (typically R200–R500/year, registered separately) and any optional hosting upgrades beyond Cloudflare's free tier. We tell you everything upfront.

Yes. We typically work on a 50% deposit to begin and 50% on completion before launch. For larger Empire projects, we can discuss a three-stage payment schedule. Reach out to discuss your situation.

No compulsory monthly fees. Your website is yours once it's live. We do offer an optional monthly retainer for ongoing updates, SEO monitoring, and content changes — starting from R1,500/month — but it's entirely your choice.

The Presence (single-page) package takes 3–5 business days. The Authority package takes 7–14 days. The Empire platform takes 3–5 weeks. Timelines start once we have your content, logo, and feedback — so having these ready speeds things up significantly.

We need: your logo (or we can discuss brand identity as an add-on), any photos or images you want to use, your written content (what you do, your services, contact info), and your domain name details. We guide you through every step — you won't be left wondering what to do next.

Every package includes two rounds of design revisions. In practice, we rarely need more than one because we listen carefully upfront. Additional revision rounds can be added for a small fee if needed.

For the Authority and Empire packages, we also submit your site to Google Search Console. Ranking takes time, but the technical foundation will be solid from day one.
